What Trade Supreme is

Trade Supreme is not an authorised financial services provider and does not provide financial advice or trading signals. Trade Supreme is retrospective self-reflection software and a community. It is not a financial services provider, broker, portfolio manager, execution platform, or financial adviser. It does not provide financial advice, market instructions, recommendations, predictions, or promised outcomes. AI-assisted review may be wrong and is for reflection on your own recorded history.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Trade Supreme. By joining you confirm that you are.

Access and responsible use

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and use the Journal only for your own records. Journal access is provisioned by an operator after Skool membership is confirmed. MT5 auto-import is coming soon; when available, MT5 connections will be read-only and unable to place, change, or close trades. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share.

Skool billing and cancellation

Community membership, paid tiers, billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled through Skool under the applicable Skool and offer terms. Prices shown on this site may be displayed in GBP for reference; Skool charges in USD at checkout. Contact Skool for billing support and contact hello@tradesupreme.ai for Journal access questions.

Refunds

Cancellation and cooling-off

You may cancel a paid tier at any time through Skool; access continues to the end of the paid period. South African consumers may have a cooling-off right under ECTA section 44 for electronic transactions. If you ask for access to start within those 14 days and acknowledge that you lose the right once the service is fully provided, we may deduct an amount for the service already supplied. Downgrades and your data

If you move to a lower tier or your membership lapses, your Journal data is not deleted. Features and history beyond your new tier are hidden until you upgrade again. Export and account deletion are always available, on every tier and after a lapse.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us; we will delete your data as described in the privacy notice. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, put other members or the service at risk, or if your membership is not paid. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first, unless the law or a security risk prevents it.

Availability and intellectual property

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. The site, Journal content, brand, and software are owned by Trade Supreme or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them while your access is valid.

Risk and liability

Trading and leveraged products involve substantial risk. You make your own decisions and remain responsible for research, risk management, compliance, and losses. To the extent allowed by law, Trade Supreme is not liable for trading decisions or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
