The journal

See the trader behind the trades.

We built an AI journal on a lot of trading-psychology work: how traders actually behave under pressure, and what a review needs to surface for that behaviour to change. This is what it does and how you get to it.

The journal

A journal system trained on real review.

We built an AI journal on a lot of trading-psychology work: how traders actually behave under pressure, and what a review needs to surface for that behaviour to change. This is what it does and how you get to it.

  1. 01

    Built on review, not features

The journal started as our own habit: a short note after every session, a mood tag, the completed P&L next to it. The system is the version of that habit that removes the friction, so it actually gets done.

  2. 02

    A mirror for your psychology

Leave a voice note or a line after your session. Tag the state you were in. The calendar shows you how those states lined up with your results over weeks and months, which ones show up before your worst days, and your best.

  3. 03

    Retrospective, on purpose

It works on closed trades only. It describes your own past patterns in plain language and never tells you what to trade next.

Why we tag the state, not the trade

Rating the trade teaches you nothing. Rating the state you were in is the whole point of the journal.
